The terms and conditions governing your use of our website and services.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by H.T Electrics and Solar (ABN 47 842 673 104, “we”, “us”, “our”) and your engagement of our solar installation and electrical services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

2. Our Services

H.T Electrics and Solar provides:

  • Residential and commercial solar panel installation
  • Battery storage system installation
  • EV charger installation
  • General and emergency electrical services
  • Solar system inspections and maintenance

All services are provided throughout Victoria, Australia, by licensed electricians registered with Energy Safe Victoria and accredited by the Clean Energy Council (REC-31884).

3. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided by H.T Electrics and Solar are obligation-free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences. We reserve the right to adjust a quote if site conditions differ materially from those assessed at the time of quoting.

4. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) (“ACL”).

Under the ACL, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that services will be provided with due care and skill, will be fit for the purpose you made known to us, and will be delivered within a reasonable time. Where we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), our liability to you is limited to, at our option:

  • The re-supply of the services; or
  • The cost of having the services re-supplied

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.

6. Workmanship Warranty

All installations carry a 10-year workmanship warranty in addition to any applicable manufacturer product and performance warranties. Warranty claims must be made in writing to hello@htelectricsandsolar.com.au.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, acts of nature, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to H.T Electrics and Solar and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided in good faith for informational purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. You rely on the information at your own risk.
